Building on the success of previous CAPVIS Inspection Systems, the CAPVIS 4 has been designed with added functions and flexibility. The system has been supplied around the world, for visual defects inspection.

CAPVIS 4 can be supplied for either four-sided or six-sided inspection, and can be modified to meet individual requirements.

The machine, whilst originally designed for standard capacitor inspection, will also inspect Tantalum products, ceramic Arrays of various sizes, the Feed-Thru product range plus Diodes, Resistors and many other surface mount devices.

Due to the flexible design of the system the specification can be altered according to customer requirements.

As standard, the systems consist of the following items:

• Bowl Feeder
• Linear track
• Mechanical transport system including turnover device and independent reject mechanisms.
• Camera Vision system housed in 19” rack assembly
