Fuse boxes vary in fused relay requirements as they are used in cars with differing electrical specifications.

The task of the vision system is to ensure that a pre-determined pattern of differently rated fuse relays has been correctly inserted into a fuse box.

A diagram of the fuse box is displayed on the system monitor in order to indicate to the operator any wrongly located fuses. This enables rapid correction of any faults.

An inspection verification label is automatically printed once a fuse box has passed its inspection
