A traditionally manual inspection task made easier and cheaper by the application of a vision inspection system.

Rectangular and round air core components are inspected. OD, ID and length measurements are made to tight tolerances. In addition edge checks are carried out to ensure that acceptable product is damage free.

The vision system is housed in an industrial rack unit and the components are transported on a mechanical handling system which is made to our own design.
